I was referred to Phillips Electronics back in 12/2008.  At that time, they did a fantastic job installing an alarm system in my Portland home so it was a no-brainer when I bought a new home in Vancouver, WA to use them again.  Besides very professional installation and monitoring, they are easy to reach should you need a refresher on how to use a feature or to answer any other question.  You just dial their # and a real person answers the phone.
