Residential Burglar Alarms begin with a basic system. Since most burglars gain access through doors, we highly recommend protecting all exterior doors and combining that with an interior motion sensor at the key passageway dividing the living area from the bedroom area of your home. Installing one digital keypad and one inside siren completes the basic system. From here additional protection can be added; windows, additional motion sensors, additional keypads, wireless key fobs with on/off/panic, medical emergency activators, smoke detectors and CCTV coverage.

Commercial Burglar Alarms also begin with a basic system. Most commercial burglars gain access through exterior doors, therefore we highly recommend protecting all perimeter doors; combining that with at least one interior motion sensor centrally located, installing one digital keypad and one inside siren. From here additional protection can be added; windows, overhead doors, additional motion sensors, additional keypads, sprinkler system monitoring, access control, partitions, smoke detectors, CCTV and digital video recording, temperature control monitors, elevator recall, gate alarms, cellular backup and any number of other specialty needs.

Fire Alarm Systems are designed by Phillips Electronics and then approved by the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), which is your local fire agency. Each system is designed following the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 72) standards. These systems can include smoke detectors, gas and carbon dioxide detectors, pull stations, sprinkler system water flow and tamper valves, rate of rise heat detectors and a variety of other specialty items.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Digital Video Recording systems begin with on-site cameras strategically located around the premises. They are usually activated by motion within their field of view and may be made accessible for remote viewing. Once activated by motion, the activity is recorded onto a hard drive for future viewing by date, time and camera. From here the system can be added to the burglar alarm, used as a guard patrol to send periodic pictures from certain locations and a large variety of other special needs.

Access Control Systems can insure that only those people authorized will be allowed access to open the door and a record is kept of who opened and when. They can be operated either via a card or key-ring fob. More advanced features allow the customer to set days and times during which no card or fob is needed.

24 Hour Monitoring provides a sense of security, knowing that a professionally trained central station alarm operator will be there to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM) the two leading agencies that create standards for consumer products and services approved our central station. With Advanced technology, redundancy for reliability and back-up power system, our central station will be there for you when you need them.
